摘要
结合实际教学中发现的问题,采用单因素实验,探究了药品颗粒、煮沸时间、盐酸加入量、滤纸的选择及不同吸附材料对实验中过滤时间和Al(OH)_3含量测定结果的影响.结果表明:快速过滤胃舒平试液的最佳条件为药品颗粒40目、煮沸时间6 min、盐酸加入量为16mL、滤纸为定性滤纸及吸附材料选择麦秸秆粉末.在此条件下,过滤时间减少率为74.2%,Al(OH)_3含量达到49.27%.
According to the single-factor experimental design, the influence of these parameters on the filtration time of the experiment of determining aluminum content were investigated importantlY with the practical teaching problems, including pharmaceuticals gran- ulated, boiling time, the amount of hydrochloric acid, the selection of filter papers and the adsorption stuff. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follow: the size of particle was 40 mesh, the boiling time was 6 min,the amount of hydrochloric acid was adjusted to 16 mL, the qualitative paper was selected as filter paper and the wheat straw powder was used as the adsorption stuff. The reduction rate of filter time reached to 74.2% and the value of AI(OH)3 was 49.27% with this condition.
