摘要
以龙芽草和天名精两种中草药为材料,研究其醇提取物及复配提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、肺炎双球菌(Pneumococcus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、核桃中的成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans)4种供试菌的体外抑菌活性效果.实验结果表明:龙芽草和天名精80%的醇提取物对供试菌均具有不同程度的抑菌作用,同时,两者复配提取物对肺炎双球菌的抑菌效果增强显著.此研究为后续研制、开发应用植物源杀菌剂奠定了一定的基础.
In order to study the effects of alcohol extract and its compound extracts on the growth of Bacillus subtilis, Pneumococcus, Eschericbia coli and walnut, (Pantoea agglomerans) in four kinds of bacteria in vitro antibacterial activity of the effect. The results showed that 80% alcohol extract of Agrimonia pilosa. And Carpesium had different inhibitory effects on the tested bacteria, and the antibacterial effect of the compound extracts on the pneumococci was significant. This study laid a solid foundation for the subsequent development and application of botanical fungicide.
