《甘肃省〈乡村教师支持计划(2015-2020)〉实施办法》出台,切实支持乡村教育并激发其活力,增强乡村教师职业吸引力.为使陇东南乡村初中化学教师尽快适应这一政策所带来的新教育教学环境,适应瞬息万变和交错复杂的互联网时代所带来知识传递和沟通方式,从更新教育教学理念、转变教育教学方式、重视化学实验教学等方面做了一系列应对措施、建议.其目的在于帮助一线教师抓住此次机遇,迎接未来挑战.

The introduction of implementation of rural teacher program in Gansu province （2020-2015）, effectively support rural edu- cation and stimulate its vitality, and enhance the attractiveness of rural teachers. In order to adapt to the new environment as soon as possible, adapt to the mode of knowledge transfer and communication from the rapidly changing Internet era, this paper propose a se- ries of measures and suggestions for teaching of rural junior middle school chemistry teachers in the southeast of Gansu province from the renewal education idea, changing the teaching way and attaching importance to chemistry experiment teaching and so on. The arti- cle is to help frontline teachers seize the opportunity to meet the challenges of the future.
