摘要
经济欠发达农业城市在土地流转进程中发展鞋服类劳动密集型轻工产业,如何吸引失地农民在本地鞋服企业稳定就业,是人力资源保障的关键。95后新生代务工者已成为一线劳动力的主体,建立有吸引力的薪酬绩效体系、降低劳动强度、优化企业的工作环境和建立科学可行的一线工人职业发展培训体系,是提高员工稳定率和工作满意度,实现宿州土地流转与鞋服基地建设的良性互动的必然选择。
It' s a good economic measure to develop shoemaking industry for a undeveloped agricultural c^ty m the land transfer process. However, how to attract land-requistioned peasants to work stably in the local shoemaking industry is a key of the protection of human resource in economic construction. Now, persons born after 1995 have become the main force in the works at the production line. They are different from them parents. So, establishing an attractive salary and performance appraisal system and a feasible workers training system, while improving work environment and reducing labour intensity are neccessary to improve the job stability and job satisfaction of them. All these countermeasures are useful to the development of shoesmaking industry and the land transfer in suzhou county in Anhui province.
