卓越中学英语教师培养模式的建构与反思

The Construction and Reflection of the Training Mode of Excellent English Teachers of Secondary Schools

根据教育部卓越教师培养计划的要求,针对卓越教师人才培养过程中出现的问题,论文提出了海南师范大学外国语学院通过改革课程设置、成立卓越教师实验班、推行双导师制等途径探索卓越中学英语教师的培养模式,以期为基础教育培养高素质的卓越英语教师。

Based on the requirements of Excellent Teacher Training Program issued by Ministry of Education, Foreign Language College of Hainan Normal University explore the training mode of Excellent English Teachers of Secondary Schools by means of curriculum reform, excellent teacher experimental class and double-tutor system, in an attempt to cultivate high quality excellent English teachers for elementary education.
