复杂理论视角下大学英语教学改革动力机制构建

摘要 大学英语教学改革的持续推进与深化需要强大的动力源支持,而教学改革本身作为一个复杂有机系统也具有复杂系统的特征,内外部各项动力源在系统中要有效发挥作用,应把握整体性、开放性、动态性、多样性和自适应性等原则,通过增加导向性、内容性、反馈性、需求性和助推性动力源,产生合力,化解阻力,使大学英语教学改革持续而有效推进。 The deepening reform of College English Teaching needs great support of power sources, however, as a complex organic system, the teaching reform is also characterized as complex system. To make the power sources work effectively, we need to grasp the principles of integrity, openness, dynamics, diversity and adaptability, by enhancing the power sources of direction, content, feedback, need and boosting, to join the forces and reduce resistance, so as to promote the reform of College English Teaching continually.
