摘要
对武夷山的优异名丛雀舌、武夷金桂、金锁匙、白牡丹、瓜子金和金凤凰等开展夏暑红茶适制性试验研究,并进行感官审评与主要生化成分含量的检测,通过分析确定较适制红茶的武夷名丛,以对武夷山夏暑茶资源的开发利用提供理论基础。
In this study, processing property test of summer black tea of Wuyi Ming Cong Queshe, Wuyijiangui, Jinsuoshi, Baimudan, Guazijin and Jinfenghuang was carried out. Their sensory evaluation and content of main biochemical components were conduct to confirming the tea variety suitable for Summer black tea processing in order to provide a theoretical basis for development and utilization of Wuyishan summer tea resources.
