摘要 猕猴桃含有丰富的生物活性物质,如黄酮类、多酚类、多糖和亚油酸等,本文概述了不同种猕猴桃中生物活性物质的类型及成分,并对它们在抗肿瘤、防癌、解毒保肝、抗氧化和衰老及增强免疫力等方面的药理作用进行综述,以期为今后进一步提高猕猴桃生物活性成分的含量与高效提取及利用研究提供参考。 Kiwifruits contain abundant bioactive substances, such as flavonoids, polyphenols and polysaccharides and linoleic acid, etc.. This paper summarized the different types of bioactive substances and components in kiwifruits, as well as their pharmacological effects in aspects of anti-tumor, cancer prevention, detoxification of protecting liver, anti-oxidation and aging, and enhancing immunity, which would be helpful for the researchers to further improve the contents of bioactive components in kiwifruits and higher extraction efficiency and utilization in the future.
