无患子优株选育与良种繁育技术的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文在无患子实生群体中,通过连续4年的选优,制定了果用型无患子的优树标准,共筛选出20株优良单株,其中6株优良性状突出,果穗数、穗粒数、单果重、果实皂苷含量、抗病性及丰产性均明显优于对照。同时研究了无患子良种的扦插和嫁接繁育技术,结果表明,无患子繁育宜采用嫁接繁育,苗木嫁接多采用单芽腹接法,其成活率95%以上;大树高接采用切贴接法,嫁接成活率85%以上,可在生产中进一步推广应用。 In this study, we established the standards of superior tree of Sapindus, and sifted six superior ones out of twenty excellent single trees in the seedling population of Sapindus mukorossi through the selection of superior tree for 4 years. The spike number, grain number, fruit weight, fruit saponin content, disease resistance and yield of these six trees were significandy better than that of the control. The cutting and grafting technology for the breeding of S. mukorossi was also studied. The survival rate of grafting was higher than that of cutting. The survival rates of single bud belley grafting and large tree grafting reached 95% and 85%, respectively. Our results are of practical value and suitable to be further applied in the production.
