西番莲也称百香果、鸡蛋果,是世界上已知最芳香的水果之一。在福建引进‘黄金’黄果西番莲,该品种表现为适应性好,甜度高,酸度低,香味浓郁,可作水果鲜食,有较好的发展前景。

Passiflora edulis, also called as passion fruit, is one of the most fragrant fruits all over the world. Passiflora edulis cv. ＇ Gold＇ was introduced into Fujian Province, showing good adaptability, high sweetness, low acidity and aromatic flavor and could be used as fresh fruit. So, it has good prospects for development.
