浅析漳州市杨桃产业发展转变

A Brief Analysis of Transformation of Carambola Industry Development in Zhangzhou City

福建漳州是杨桃的主产区,杨桃果实果形美观,清甜多汁,酸甜可口,且其生长快产量高,通过生产调节可实现周年供果,经济效益显著。本文对漳州杨桃产业发展现状进行调研,综述了产业的生产模式、品种、营销等多个转变,为果树产业发展提供依据。

Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province is one of the main carambola production areas. Carambola has beautiful fruit appearance, sweet texture, juicy flesh, sour and sweet flavor, rapid growth and high yield. By production regulation it could realize annual supply of caramnbola fruit and significant economic benefits. In this paper, development status of carambola industry in Zhangzhou City was investigated; some transformations were reviewed including production pattern, varieties and marketing to provide basis for fruit industry development.
