摘要
以新疆棉花秸秆为原料,Zncl_2/Alcl_3为活化剂制备棉秆活性炭,采用正交试验分析得到棉秆活性炭的最佳制备工艺条件为:Zncl_2与Alcl_3比例9:1、Zncl_2/Alcl_3与棉秆比例3:2、浸渍时间16 h、活化温度650℃、保温时间90 min,在此条件下制备的活性炭的收率为23.06%,碘吸附值为708.32 mg/g,BET比表面积518 m^2/g,平均孔径2.96 nm,孔容0.384 cm^3/g;为观察棉秆活性炭的孔径结构,采用SEM对棉秆活性炭的进行了表征,结果表明棉秆活性炭具有形状、大小不一的发达的孔隙结构。
Activated carbon was prepared from cotton stalk as raw material, and Zncl2/Alcl3 as activator. The optimum process condition is obtained by orthogonal test analysis ,which is the ratio of Zncl2 and Alclz is 9:1, impregnation time is 16 h, the ratio of Zncl2/ Alcl3 and cotton stalk is 3:2, activation temperature is 650℃, holding time is 90 min. Under this process condition, the yield of activated carbon is 23. 06%, and the iodine adsorption value is 708. 32 mg/g, BET specific surface area is 518 m^2/g, average pore size is 2. 96 nm, microporous volume is 0. 384 cm^3/g. And to observe the pore structure of the activated carbon, SEM was used to show that there are developed holes with different size and shape on the surface of the activated carbon.
