瑞巴派特片联合枳术宽中胶囊治疗慢性胃炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Rebamipide Tablets Combined with Zhishu Kuanzhong Capsules for Chronic Gastritis

目的:观察瑞巴派特片联合枳术宽中胶囊治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法:选取80例慢性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予瑞巴派特片口服,观察组给予瑞巴派特片联合枳术宽中胶囊口服。评估中医证候疗效和胃镜疗效,观察腹痛、腹胀、嗳气的缓解情况。结果:观察组中医证候疗效总有效率87.5%,对照组中医证候疗效总有效率67.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃镜疗效总有效率87.5%,对照组胃镜疗效总有效率65.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组腹痛、腹胀、嗳气缓解率分别为55.0%、57.5%和45.0%,观察组腹痛、腹胀、嗳气缓解率分别为77.5%、85.0%和67.5%,2组腹痛、腹胀、嗳气缓解率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:瑞巴派特片联合枳术宽中胶囊治疗慢性胃炎,能有效改善患者的临床症状、体征,治疗效果优于单纯使用瑞巴派特片,无明显不良反应。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect and safety of rebamipide tablets combined with Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules for chronic gastritis. Methods：Selected 80 cases of patients with chronic gastritis,and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly,40 cases in each group. The control group received rebamipide tablets orally,and the observation group received rebamipide tablets combined with Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules orally. Evaluated Chinese Medicine（CM） symptom effect and gastroscopic effect. Observed the remission of symptoms such as abdominal pain,abdominal distension and eructation as well as adverse reaction in both groups. Results：The total effective rate of CM symptom effect was 87.5% in the observation group and 67.5% in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of gastroscopic effect was 87.5% in the observation group and 65.0% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the remission rate of abdominal pain, abdominal distension and eructation was respectively 55.0%,57.5% and 45.0% in the control group and was respectively 77.5%,85.0% and 67.5% in the observation group, differences all being significant（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The therapy of rebamipide tablets combined with Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules for chronic gastritis can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs. It has better curative effect than the therapy of pure rebamipide tablets and has no obvious adverse reaction.
