复方甘草竹叶汤联合冷喷法治疗面部脂溢性皮炎疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Compound Gancao Bamboo Leaf Tang Combined with Cold-spraying Method for Facial Seborrheic Dermatitis

目的:观察复方甘草竹叶汤联合冷喷法治疗面部脂溢性皮炎临床疗效。方法:将90例面部脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为2组各45例,对照组给予口服地氯雷他定片及外涂氧化锌软膏治疗;观察组给予复方甘草竹叶汤联合冷喷法进行治疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果:临床疗效总有效率观察组100%,对照组84.44%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草竹叶汤联合冷喷法治疗面部脂溢性皮炎临床疗效良好。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of compound Gancao bamboo leaf tang combined with cold-spraying method for facial seborrheic dermatitis. Methods：Selected 90 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis and divided them into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each randomly. The control group was given oral desloratadine tablets and coated with Zinc oxide ointment; the observation group was given compound Gancao bamboo leaf tang combined with cold-spraying method. Compared clinical effect of the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 100% in the observation group,and was 84.44% in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Compound Gancao bamboo leaf tang combined with cold-spraying method has good clinical efficacy in treating facial seborrheic dermatitis.
