DQ工艺在高强钢生产中的应用

摘要 根据莱铜宽厚板MULPIC加速冷却设备特点和高强钢生产现状,通过对DQ工艺的研究,完善和优化了MULPIC水处理系统、深入研究轧制板形控制、MULPIC系统模型并做适应性优化,改善了冷却后板形问题,提高了产品性能稳定性,实现了批量供货能力。 In order to slove the heap problem of steel slag and improve the ratio of steel slag. Correspondence between sintering basic characteristics and properties of sintered ore is explored on the basis of sinter-cup experiments combined with micro-sintering technology. The results show drum strength and bond phase strength of steel slag has a good correlation and they belong to positive correlation; RDI , reductive and fluidity index of steel slag has a good correlation, RDI and fluidity index of steel slag belong to positive correlation, but reductive and fluidity index of steel slag is contrary ; Softening starting temperature and Assimilation temperature has a correlation and they belong to negative correlation.
