摘要 目前,红花采收主要靠人工采摘,为实现红花机械采收,提出了一种梳齿式花丝夹紧采摘方式。以红花夹取机构为研究对象,运用解析法得到凸轮轮廓曲线,使用UG软件建立了夹取机构的凸轮模型,设定工作参数后进行运动仿真分析,分析动轴x方向位移、速度与加速度特征。结果表明:仿真结果与理论设计相吻合,验证了仿真设计的正确性,保证了夹取的准确性。采用设计仿真技术可提高机械关键部件的设计水平,为红花采摘机的设计制造提供了坚实的基础。 Safflower picked mainly by hand at present, in order to solve the problem that safflower mechanical harvesting, this paper took the picking mechanism of the safflower petals as the research object, the paper used the analytical method to get the cam curve, and then creating cam model of the picking mechanism by the UG software. Displacement, Velocity and acceleration characteristics of the dynamic axis on the X direction were analyzed in motion simulation after the working parameters is set in the software. That the simulation results coincide with the theoretical design showed the simulation result is correct and reasonable, and ensured accuracy of picking safflower. The technology of simulation design is beneficial to improve the design level of the key mechanism, and providing theoretical support for the design and manufacture of the safflower harvest machine.
