基于4LZ-3.0型自走式辣椒收获机工作原理与试验设计的科研项目,设计了一种新型的自走式辣椒收获机,探讨了其工作原理,并进行了田间试验。本次研究主要以我国内蒙古辣椒产区作为研究对象,首先,根据国内外在该技术领域最新的研究和经验,介绍4LZ-3.0自走式辣椒收获机的结构特点、工作原理,并进行有针对性、目的性的试验检测;其次,具体介绍一些比较关键的装置系统及零部件。在特定的试验环境下,针对椒叶悬浮速度和作业效率进行了性能检测,结果表明:椒叶悬浮速度基本维持在3m/s,在工作速度、生产效率、采摘净率及破损率等指标统计上,状态均较佳。

In this paper, based on the work principle and experimental design of 4LZ-3.0 type self propelled pepper harvester, this paper focuses on the research and design of a new type of self walking pepper harvester, including its working principle, experimental design and so on. This topic research, the main selection of NeiMengGu pepper production area as the research object. First of all, this paper introduces the structure characteristics, working principle and test detection of 4LZ-3.0 self - propelled pepper harvester, and introduces some key equipment systems and components. To detect the pepper leaf suspension speed and work efficiency of the performance, the final test the pepper leaf suspension speed of basic maintenance in 3/S; machine speed, production efficiency, picking net rate, the breakage rate and other statistical indicators, state are better.
