摘要
以苹果梨为材料,在果实进行套袋的基础上加入高脂膜袋保护技术,研究不同处理对苹果梨果实外观品质和食用品质的影响。希望通过这些处理能够改善苹果梨的品质,以提高其市场竞争力。利用SPSS 10.0软件对试验结果进行显著性分析。结果表明,套单层袋和双层袋均能改善苹果梨的外观品质和食用品质,果点大小和果点密度降低,果实着色鲜艳,光洁度好,并且果锈较少,但果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量降低。不同套袋处理中,双层袋果实的外观品质优于单层袋的果实,综合各项指标,B1处理改善苹果梨果实外观品质的效果最佳。
Apple pear was taken as material.Based on the apple pear fruit bagging,the study utilized highlipid membrane bag protection technology to discuss the effects on appearance quality and edible quality of apple pear.We hope that these treatments can improve the quality of apple pear.Aimed at improving its market competitiveness.By using SPSS 10.0 software significant analysis of test results was performed.The results showed that single layerbag and double layerbagcouldboth improve appearance quality and edible quality of apple pear.Fruit point size and fruit point density were reduced.Fruit would have bright skin color,high cleaness index and less fruit rust.But fruithardness,soluble solid content and soluble sugar content were reduced.In different bagging treatments,appearance quality of double layerbag fruit was better than that of single layerbagfruit.Considering all the indicators,the best treatment to improve appearance quality of apple pear was B1.
