摘要 数控机床以其精度高、生产效率高、复合性好等优势迅速占据了制造业的大部分市场份额,具备高柔性和高刚性的紧凑型数控机床得到了广泛应用。FMS的大量应用在一定程度上解决了制造业中存在的效率问题、成本问题以及质量问题。但是随着刀具种类和数量的不断增加,如何对FMS中的数控刀具进行有效管理,提高刀具管理工作的质量与效率是我国FMS企业发展中面临的新挑战。 With its advantages of high accuracy, high production efficiency and excellent composition, CNC machine tools have quickly the major market share of the manufacturing industry, and a compact CNC machine with high flexibility and high rigidity has been widely accepted. To a certain extent, a large amount of the application of FMS has solved the problems of efficiency, cost and quality existing in the manufacturing industry. However, with the increase of the variety and quantity of the tools, it is a new challenge for the development of FMS enterprise in China to consider how to effectively manage the NC tool in FMS and improve the quality and efficiency of tool management work.
