从圈养教育到放养教育德育工作模式下“三自”能力习惯培养的高职班主任工作革新与探索

高职院校学生德育教学模式到底是圈养好还是放养好,一直是目前高职院校学生德育工作者在探讨和实践的问题。作为在高职院校有过十多年班主任和德语辅导员工作经历的我,也一直在通过自己的学生德育工作进行这方面的理论研究和实践探索,形成了自己的一套德育工作模式——从圈养教育到放养教育德育工作模式下"三自"能力习惯培养的高职班主任工作模式。文章具体阐述了以上德育工作模式的理论和实践意义及方式,再结合当代"95后"高职学生的特点,描述了培养学生"三自"能力习惯的重要性和方式方法。
