高校创新型人才培养是时代的使命和召唤,培养具有创新创业素质的高级专门人才也是提高高等教育质量的落脚点。经济转型中的中国需要有完整人格的创新型人才做为经济驱动力的保障,而目前国内高校的人才培养表现出一些突出的问题,如:人才培养目标不明确,学科雷同,人才培养等同批量生产,课程设置和教学内容陈旧,不能跟上时代的发展,导致学生岗位胜任能力差,考核内容和形式单一,重理论,轻实践,教学理念和管理模式落后,忽视学生人格塑造、价值观和道德教育。真正实现创新型人才培养需要由制度到理念到课程设置和教学方法等一系列的变革,从学生走入校园,到进入社会的一段时间形成的有使命的、探索、启发式教学,把培养具有批判思维、创新思维、实践能力、道德评判的完整人格塑造的大学生为根本目标。

University innovation training is mission of the times,to cultivate senior specialized talents with innovative entrepreneurial quality is also the essences to improve the quality of higher education. Economic transformation of China needs innovative talents as the guarantee of economic driver,but the current domestic colleges and universities personnel training show some prominent problems,such as：training target is not clear, the subject is similar.Teaching idea and the management pattern are backwardness,which neglecting the students＇ personality shaping, values and moral education.The existing innovation education practice is superficial.Truly innovative talent training needs revolution from the system to the concept of curriculum and teaching methods.That is,from the first day that students entered campus,for a period of time that they step into society,let them form a mission study.The development of critical thinking, creative thinking and practical ability are the fundamental goal of undergraduate education.
