摘要
随着经济社会发展,水资源需求量日益增长,水资源短缺、水环境污染、水生态退化等问题日益突出,开展生态水利评价研究、合理评估水利发展状况、寻求水资源可持续发展道路已经成为必然趋势。以吉林省四平市区生态水利建设为研究对象,结合改进的PSR(压力-状态-响应)概念模型遴选各项指标,并采用逻辑分析法和权重分析法筛选指标,最终确定了由压力、状态、响应3个层次、17项指标构成的生态水利评价指标体系,并经过评价计算得出该区域生态水利建设评分,为今后生态水利建设提供参考。
Along with economic and social development and increasing demand of water, problems of water shortage, environment pollution and ecological degradation has been emerged. Ecological water assessment and study, evaluation of water development situation and searching for path of sustainable water resources development has become an inevitable trend. Taking Siping City of Jilin Province as a study objective, an ecological water assessment indicator system including 3 layers of pressure, status and response and 17 indicators was created with selected indicators by PSR (pressure-state-response) model and logical analysis and weight analysis methods. Status of ecological water in this region are scored by assessment and estimation so as to provide guidance for water project construction in the future.
