Analysis of Critical Value of Psychiatric Inpatients

目的:对2016年上半年精神科住院患者危急值进行分析。方法:通过查阅医技部门危急值报告登记本及患者的病历对2016年上半年的危急值进行分析。结果:精神科住院患者检验危急值出现较多的是肌酸激酶(CK)、白细胞(WBC)降低、低血钾,分别占检验危急值的62.8%、35.8%、11.2%。心电图出现危急值较多的是QTC间期延长,占心电图危急值的83.6%。结论:明确危急值发生机制及风险因素,将对医院的医疗质量具有指导意义。

Objective ：To analyze the critical value of psychiatric inpatients in the first half of 2016 .Methods ：To ana-lyze critical value of psychiatric inpatients in the first half of 2016 by looking up medical department reports and pa-tient＇s medical records .Results ：The high frequency critical values of psychiatric inpatients mainly included CK ,the WBC ,hypokalemia ,respectively 62 .8% ,35 .8% ,11 .2% of all .QTC interval prolongation was more common in ECG with critical value ,accounting for 83 .6% of the critical value of the ECG .Conclusion ：To clarify the mechanism and risk factors is significant to the medical quality of the hospital .
