DSM-5人格问卷(PID-5)在中国大学生样本中的初步应用

Preliminary Application of DSM-5 Personality Questionnaire (PID-5) in Chinese University Students

目的:PID-5(Personality Inventory for DSM-5)是基于精神障碍与诊断手册第五版(DSM-5)第三部分所提出的以病理性人格特质诊断人格障碍的自评量表。本研究以南京高校的大学生群体为样本,对PID-5进行初步应用以及有效性检验,为人格障碍的评估引进新的视角以及方法。方法:按照方便取样的原则进行测量,并用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果:(1)对PID-5的220项题目进行项目分析结果表明,除了其第131项、177项等项目之外,其余项目与对应特质总体的相关均达到显著水平;(2)对其进行重测信度检验的结果显示,其信度系数r值均在0.686以上(P<0.000);(3)对其进行内部一致性信度分析结果表明,大部分分量表的克隆巴赫α系数均在0.70以上;(4)相容效度分析结果显示,PID-5中的特质及维度与SCID-II中不同类型的人格障碍分别呈不同程度的显著相关;(5)探索性因素分析结果表明,其符合DSM-5提出的多维度特质模型。结论:PID-5在大学生群体样本中有较好的信度和效度,并且能够对基于DSM-4所筛查出的人格障碍个体有较好的预测性,支持DSM-5所提出的多维度特质模型。

Objective ：PID - 5 （Personality Inventory for DSM - 5）is a self - rating scale to diagnose personality disorders ,which is based on the Part III of the fifth edition of diagnostic manual of mental disorders （DSM - 5） , which proposes pathological personality traits .This paper mainly sampled university students in Nanjing and made preliminary application and validation of PID - 5 .To introduce a new perspective and method for personality disor-ders＇diagnosis .Methods ：According to the principle of convenience sampling ,and used SPSS 17 .0 for statistical analy-sis .Results ：① The project analysis of 220 subjects of PID - 5 showed that except for items ,such as 131 ,177 etc .,oth-er items related to the total score reached a significant level .② Test - retest reliability result showed the reliability coefficients were all above 0 .686 .③ Internal consistency reliability analysis showed that the most scales＇Cronbach αcoefficient were all above 0 .70 .④ Compatibility validity analysis showed the traits of PID - 5 and the different types of personality disorders in SCID - II had significant correlation at different levels .⑤ Exploratory factor analysis showed the structure of PID - 5 was conformed with multi - dimensional trait model proposed by DSM - 5 .Conclu-sion ：PID - 5 has good reliability and validity in the college students＇sample ,and has a better predictability of person-ality disorders based on DSM - 4 ,supporting multi - dimensional trait model of DSM - 5 .
