医学生情绪调控与人际困扰的关系

The Relationship Between Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Distress in Medical Students

目的:研究医学生情绪调控与人际困扰的关系。方法:采用随机抽样法抽取滨州医学院306名在校大学生,用情绪智力量表(EIS)和人际关系综合诊断量表进行调查。结果:(1)医学生情绪调控总体情况良好,人际关系存在一定程度的困扰;(2)不同性别的医学生在调控情绪维度、情绪调控总分和待人接物困扰方面存在显著差异(t=-3.01,P<0.001;t=-2.24,2.11;P<0.05);(3)不同年级的医学生在交谈困扰、交际困扰、人际困扰总分上存在显著差异(F=3.75,P=0.02;F=3.58,3.71;P=0.03);(4)情绪调控和人际困扰之间呈显著负相关。结论:医学生情绪调控与人际困扰呈负相关。

Objective ：To research the relationship between the regulation of college students＇moods and the stress of their interpersonal relationships .Methods ：After selecting 306 undergraduates from Binzhou Medical College ran-domly ,we got down to the survey by using WLEIS and IRIDS ,then analyzed their relationship .Results ：① The medi-cal students could regulate their moods in general ,whereas they had some troubles in dealing with human relation-ships to a certain extent .② Medical undergraduates of different sex varied greatly from each other among the scores of regulating emotional moods ,the total points of emotional control ,and the scores of getting along with people （t =-3 .01 ,-2 .24 ,2 .11 ;P 〈 0 .05） ;③ There were significant differences between grades in their conversation stress ,their interpersonal disturbances and the total points of their interpersonal stress ;There was a negative correlation between the emotional regulation and the interpersonal stress （F = 3 .75 ,P = 0 .02 ;F = 3 .58 ,3 .71 ;P = 0 .03） ;④ Emotional regulation and interpersonal stress had a significant negative correlation （P 〈 0 .05） .Conclusion ：The emotional regu-lation of medical students is negatively related with their interpersonal stress .
