贫困大学生积极心理资本与人际敏感的关系 被引量:11

The Relationship of Poor Undergraduate's Positive Psychological Capital and Interpersonal Sensitivity

摘要 目的:考察贫困大学生积极心理资本与人际敏感的关系。方法:本研究采用问卷法对384名贫困大学生的积极心理资本及人际敏感状况进行调查,考察贫困大学生人际敏感的性别差异及其积极心理资本与人际敏感的关系。结果:1贫困大学生的症状自评量表(SCL-90)人际敏感的总均分为2.72,检出率为63.28%。贫困大学生的人际敏感存在性别差异(t=3.35,P<0.001);2贫困大学生积极心理资本与人际敏感存在显著的负相关(r=-0.22~0.57,P<0.01);3在控制性别变量后,韧性可以显著地预测人际敏感(P<0.01);自我效能和韧性可以显著地预测神经质(P<0.01),而韧性可以显著地预测拒绝敏感(P<0.01)。结论:人际敏感是贫困大学生主要的心理问题,积极心理资本中的韧性是贫困大学生人际敏感最强有力的预测变量。 Objective:To investigate poor undergraduate's positive psychological capital and interpersonal sensitivi-ty.Methods:This study used questionnaire to investigate 384 poor undergraduate's positive psychological capital and interpersonal sensitivity,and analyzed differences of the interpersonal sensitivity in gender,also,we analyzed their re-lationship between positive psychological capital and interpersonal sensitivity.Results:First,the average of poor un-dergraduate's interpersonal sensitivity was 2.72.The detection rate was 63.28%.There was significant distribution—differences in gender(t=3.35,P〈0.01).Second,poor undergraduate's positive psychological capital was negative correlated with their interpersonal sensitivity(r=-0.22-0.57,P〈0.01).Third,when gender was left out,poor un-dergraduate's toughness could significantly predict their interpersonal sensitivity(P〈0.01).Poor undergraduate's self—efficient and toughness could significantly predict their nervous(P〈0.01).Poor undergraduate's toughness could significantly predict their rejection sensitivity(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Interpersonal sensitivity is the main problem of poor undergraduates.Toughness is the greater prediction of poor undergraduate's interpersonal sensitivity.
