广泛性焦虑量表在军人群体应用中的信度和效度

Reliability and Validity of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale in Servicemen

目的:检验广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)在军人群体中的信度与效度。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法抽取553名军人完成GAD-7、患者健康问卷抑郁症状群量表(PHQ-9)的评定;随机抽取113名接受美国精神障碍诊断和统计手册第4版临床定式访谈(Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV,SCID),并计算GAD-7的信度系数、敏感度、特异度等。结果:GAD-7的内部一致性系数为0.876;GAD-7与PHQ-9总分相关系数为0.653。在与SCID比较时,GAD-7的灵敏度为92.3%,特异度为90.5%,Kappa值为0.847(P<0.05)。ROC曲线中,在GAD-7截点值取10分时,灵敏度和特异度分别为89%和82%,曲线下面积为91.7%。结论:GAD-7在军人群体应用中具有较好的信度和效度。

Objective：To examine the reliability and validity of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale（GAD—7）in servicemen.Methods：Using stratified random sampling method to select 553 servicemen to complete the assessment of 7—item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale（GAD—7）and Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale（PHQ—9）,randomly selected 100 servicemen to accept the Structured Clinical Interview（SCID）for DSM—IV,and calculat-ing the reliability coefficient,sensitivity and specificity of GAD—7.Results：The internal consistency coefficient of GAD—7 was 0.898.The correction coefficient of GAD—7 with PHQ—9 scores was 0.663.Comparing with SCID,the sensitivity,specificity and Kappa value of GAD—7 were 86.2%,95.5% and 0.825（P〈0.01）.Using 10 as cutoff,the sensitivity and specificity of GAD—7 were 89% and 82%,and the area under the ROC curve of GAD—7 was 90.6%.Conclusion：The Chinese version of GAD—7 has good reliability and validity in the application of servicemen.
