申请试管婴儿妇女TORCH感染指标检测结果分析

摘要 目的:通过对在我院申请试管婴儿妇女TORCH感染指标筛查结果的分析,为预防TORCH感染、 优生优育和提高试管婴儿成功率等提供依据.方法:采用化学发光免疫分析法对2789例申请试管婴儿妇女的血清进行弓形虫、 巨细胞病毒、 风疹病毒和单纯疱疹病毒特异性抗体IgG和IgM进行检测.结果:实验结果表明申请试管婴儿的育龄妇女RV-IgG、CMV-IgG和HSV(Ⅰ+Ⅱ)-IgG阳性所占比率均在90%以上.RV+CMV+HSV3种病原体IgG混合阳性占85.69%,4种病原体IgG同时阳性所占比率为0.93%.IgM阳性所占比率不高,但有RV+CMV+HSV三种同时感染的妇女存在所占比率为0.11%.结论:申请试管婴儿的育龄期妇女除弓形虫感染较低外,其他3种病毒感染率很高,对活动性感染应予以积极干预. Objective: Through the analysis of TORCH infection index screening results in our hospital for in vitro fertilisation (IVF) women of childbearing age, to provide evidence for the prevention of TORCH infection, eugenics and the success rate of IVF. Meshods: The specific antibodties(IgG and IgM) against Toxoplasma, Cytomegalovirus, Rubella virus and Herpes simplex virus were screened in the sera of 2789 women-Results: The experimental results showed that, for the application IVF women, the positive ratio of IVF, RV-IgG CMV-IgG and FISV (Ⅰ + Ⅱ) IgG was above 90%, especiaUy in the RV+CMV+HSV IgG positive accounted for the highest 85.69%, and even 4 pathogens IgG was accounted for 0.93%; the IgM positive rado is not high, but at the same time, three RV+ CMV +HSV infected women accounted for 0.11%. Conclusion: Application IVF of childbearing age women have the four kinds of pathogens ,in addition to lower infection ofToxoplasma gondii, the other 3 kinds of infection rate is very high, some intervention measures need be done to treat active infections.
