The spirit of the Chinese women＇s volleyball team is a spiritual treasure that helps the team create one legend af- ter another. It was conceived, shaped and formed in their pursuit of the championship. An important part of the Chinese sports spirit and the Chinese spirit, it has rich connotations and is of great value in the present time. This paper combs through the development of the Chinese women＇s volleyball team before expounding the construction, inheritance and devel- opment of the spirit and systematically analyzing its essence and the significance in today＇s world.
