摘要
从初中生体质健康水平与文化成绩之间的相关性分析入手,得出学生体质健康水平与文化成绩存在正相关关系,健康的身体是学习的保障,改变了初中生体育锻炼会影响学习成绩的传统观念。在应试教育背景下,体育锻炼和文化课学习并不冲突。学校应充分认识体质健康对于文化学习的正向影响,进一步重视学校体育工作,保障学生体育学习与锻炼的时间,提高体育教学质量,增强学生体质健康,促进基础教育事业的健康发展。
The article analysis the correlation between physical health level and the cultural achievements of the junior middle school students, obtains the result that the relations of the student physique health level and the cultural achieve- ment are positive, the health of the body is the guarantee of learning, changing the traditional option that the junior high school students physical exercise will affect the study result. In the examination oriented education background, physical exercise and culture class learning does not conflict. School should fully realize the physical health for culture study posi- tive effect, pay more attention to the school sports work, to protect the students' physical training and learning time, improve the quality of physical education teaching, strengthens the student physique health, promoting the health development of the basic education.
