摘要
选取CYD-128双酚A型环氧树脂、糠醛-丙酮双组分活性稀释剂、低分子聚酰胺和直链脂肪族多胺两类固化剂、室温固化和中温固化促进剂配制混凝土微细裂缝修补用环氧树脂灌浆材料,研究了各组分掺量变化对灌浆料初始粘度、可操作时间、凝胶时间、粘接强度以及浇筑体压缩强度的影响,成功研发了具备超低粘度(粘度≤100mPa·s)、快速硬化(凝胶时间≤60min)、修补效果优异(粘接强度≥3.0 MPa,抗压强度≥30 MPa,充盈度≥99%)且方便施工(可操作时间≥20min,注浆速度≥42.5mm/min)的低压灌浆修补材料,并成功应用于京津高速铁路无砟轨道道床结构层间离缝的修补工程。
We chose the micro-cracks grouting repair material, which was composed of bisphenol-A epoxy resin (CYD-128), two-component reactive diluent (furfural and acetone), two kinds of curing agents (low molecular polyamide and linear aliphatic polyamine), room temperature curing catalyst and middle temperature curing catalyst, to study the influences of each component on the initial viscosity, operational time, gel time, bonding strength and compression strength of products. As a result, a product with low initial viscosity (4100 mPa ·s), short gel time (460 min), excellent repair effect (bonding strengthS3.0 MPa, compression strengthS30 MPa, suffuse degree≥99%) and good work ability (operational time≥20 min, grouting speed≥42.5 mm/min) was successfully prepared. And it has been employed successfully to apply in the Beijing and Tianjin high-speed railway repair project.
