摘要
通过比较来自不同民族大学生的职业价值观 ,发现他们的择业取向不存在明显差异 ;择业自主性是选择“自己”的比例最高 ;
Through a comparison of College Students' professional values of different nationalities,this article finds out that their professional selections iust make no obvious difference,the ratio of 'personal professional selection is self-selected' ranks the highest while their employment competetion quality need developing.
