摘要
在实验室内测定了幽门弯曲菌对热、干燥、紫外线与14种消毒剂的耐受力,以及14种抗菌药物对该菌的抑制作用。结果表明,幽门弯曲菌对理化因子抗力较弱,一般消毒措施均可将其杀灭,多种抗生素对其有明显抑菌作用。
The bacteriocidal efficacies of some physical and chemical agents against Campylobacter pylori were tested in laboratory. The results indicated that the bacteria could live for 84 hr at 4℃, 12 hr at 25℃, 3 hr at 37℃, 1 min at 60℃. less than 1 min at 80℃ and could be killed completely by boiling for 1 min. In dry condition (25℃), the living time reduced markedly. Ultraviolet irradiation could kill the bacteria in 1 min. Most of the common disinfectants could completely kill the bacteria within 1 min. Bacteriostatic test by paper disc method indicated that C. pylori was sensitive (the inhibition zone was larger than 25 mm in diameter) to many antibacterial drugs, but insensitive (inhibition zone was smaller than 15 mm in diameter) to polymyxin B, vancomycin and sulfisoxazole.
