Analysis on the Influencing Factors about Applied Talent Employment

随着廊坊地区依托北京市发展策略的逐步实施和推进,廊坊配套的加工制造业发展迅猛,直接影响了廊坊地区机械制造业的发展前景。为顺应廊坊市的工业发展,拓宽本校学生就业渠道,本文通过对学生培养模式等因素的分析以及学生就业等体系的评估,得出影响应用人才就业的关键因素,随后根据其对于就业影响给出改善建议。

With the gradual implementation and advancement of the development strategy that Langfang area relies on the progress of Beijing, processing and manufacturing industry in Langfang grows rapidly, and has directly affected the prospect of the machinery manufacturing industry in Langfang area. In order to adapt to the industrial development of Langfang city and expand the employ- ment channels of our students, by analyzing the factors such as students training model and evaluating student employment system, this paper gives the key factors that affect the employment of talents, and then provides suggestions for improvement.
