Reform of Experimental Teaching in Electronic Information Engineering

在信息技术迅猛发展的今天,企业迫切需要大批毕业后直接上岗的专业性人才,但是当前高等学校人才培养机制与社会需求相脱节。通过对当前高校人才培养机制与社会人才岗位需求存在的问题进行分析,说明实验教学在提高学生的实践能力上的重要性,并根据本校的实际情况进行相应的实验教学改革来提高人才培养的质量,以适应社会对应用型人才的需求。

With the rapid development of information technology, enterprises need a large number of professional personnel, but the current training mechanism can not meet the social demand. This article analyzes the problems in current training mechanism and il- lustrates the importance of experimental teaching in improving students＇ practice ability. Actual experimental teaching reform is con- ducted to improve the quality of personnel training to meet the social demand for applied talents.
