摘要
试验旨在通过测定不同赖氨酸水平饲粮对肉鸡后期生长性能、血清生化指标及部分组织器官发育的影响,以确定其适宜的赖氨酸需要量。选取22日龄AA肉鸡720只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡,采用单因素试验设计,6个赖氨酸水平分别为0.50%、0.70%、0.90%、1.10%、1.30%、1.60%。结果表明:(1)不同赖氨酸水平对22~42日龄AA肉鸡的平均日增重有极显著影响(P<0.01),对平均日采食量有显著影响(P<0.05),而对料重比无显著影响(P>0.05)。0.90%赖氨酸水平组平均日增重显著高于其他组(P<0.05);(2)不同赖氨酸水平对22~42日龄AA肉鸡血清生化指标没有显著影响(P>0.05);(3)不同赖氨酸水平对22~42日龄AA肉鸡的胸腺指数、脾脏指数有显著影响(P<0.05),对肝脏指数、腺胃指数产生极显著影响(P<0.01),而对法氏囊指数、胰腺指数、心脏指数、肌胃指数均没有显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮赖氨酸水平为0.90%时,22~42日龄AA肉鸡的生长性能较好。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different lysine levels on growth performance, serum biochemical parameters and development of some organs of broilers during finishing stage. 720 twenty-two-day-age broilers were selected and randomly divided into six groups with six replicates per group and 20 birds per replicate. A single factorial experiment containing 6 lysine levels (0.50%,0.70%,0.90%,1.10%, 1.30% and 1.60%)was undergone. The results showed that different lysine levels had significant effects on the average daily gain (ADG) of 22-to-42-day-age broilers (P〈0.01),which had significant effects on the average daily feed intake (ADFI) (P〈0.05). The feed/gain (F/G) of 22-to-42-day-age broilers was not significantly affected by the lysine level (P〉0.05). When lysine level was 0.90%, ADG of broilers was higher than that in other groups (P〉0.05). There were no significant effects on the serum biochemical parameters of 22- to- 42- dayage broilers (P〉0.05). Different lysine levels had significant effects on the thymus index, spleen index of 22-to-42-day-age broilers (P〈0.05),which had significant effects on the liver index and glandular stomach (P〈0.01). Different lysine levels had no significant effects on bursa of fabricius index,the index of the pancreas,cardiac index, muscular stomach index of 22- to- 42- dayage broilers (P〉0.05). In conclusions, when the dietary lysine levels was 0.90%,AA broilers could grow well at the period of 22 to 42 days.
