当归补血汤对蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期生产性能、抗氧化能力和蛋品质的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Dangguibuxuetang on Production Performance,Antioxidant Capacity and Egg Quality of Laying Hens during Late Laying Peak Period

摘要 为了探讨当归补血汤对蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期生产性能、抗氧化性能及蛋品质的影响,选用体重、产蛋率基本一致的42周龄罗曼粉壳蛋鸡2 160只,分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复108只。各组均饲喂相同基础饲粮,试验组分别在饮水中添加0.2%、0.5%和1.0%的当归补血汤,试验期28 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,0.5%和1.0%组产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比降低(P<0.05),1.0%组蛋壳强度显著增加(P<0.05),次蛋率显著降低(P<0.05)。各组平均蛋重、蛋白高度、哈夫单位、蛋黄颜色无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,0.2%、0.5%和1.0%组在总抗氧化物(TAOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平上均显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。0.2%组血钙(Ca)和血磷(P)水平显著提升(P<0.05),0.2%、0.5%和1.0%组血清中甘油三酯(TG)水平均极显著降低(P<0.01),0.5%和1.0%组血清中胆固醇(TC)水平显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可知,当归补血汤添加水平为0.5%~1.0%时,能显著提高蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期产蛋率、抗氧化能力和增强蛋壳强度。 To investigate the effects of Dangguibuxuetang (DBT)on production performance,antioxidant capacity and egg quality of laying hens during the late laying peak period,a total of 2 160 42-week-age Lohmann laying hens with the similar body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 108 hens per replicate. 4 groups were fed a basal diet,the experimental groups were supplemented 0.2%,0.5% and 1.0% of DBT by drinking watt,respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, 0.5% and 1.0% DBT groups were significantly reduced the ratio of feed to egg (P〈0.05) and improved the laying rate (P〈0.05). 1.0% DBT group was significantly reduced the ratio of inferior eggs (P〈0.05) and improved the egg shell strength (P〈0.05). Among the 4 groups,the average egg weight,albumen height,Haugh unit and yolk color were not significantly different (P〉0.05). Compared with the control group,0.2%,0.5% and 1.0% DBT groups were significantly increased the level of TAOC, SOD, GSH-Px (P〈0.05) and decreased the level of TG (P〈0.01). 0.5% and 1.0% DBT groups were significantly decreased the level of TC (P〈0.05). 0.2% DBT group were significantly increased the level of serum Ca and P (P〈0.05). Among the 4 groups,the content of MDA was not significantly different (P〉0.05). It's indicated that 0.5% to 1.0% DBT supplemented by drinking water could significantly increase the laying rate,antioxidant capacity and egg shell strength of laying hens during the late laying peak period.
