摘要
通过真空回收残留在PVC糊树脂中的氯乙烯单体,回收过程中产生的大量泡沫,需用消泡剂等进行去除,不仅增加生产成本,而且对产品质量影响较大。因此,通过对现有PVC糊树脂胶乳回收消泡工艺进行优化,在胶乳回收中使用蒸汽与泡沫直接接触,继而达到消泡作用。
Through the vacuum recovery out of residual PVC paste resin in the vinyl chloride monomer,the recovery process to produce a large number of foam need to use defoamers to remove,not only increase production costs, but also a greater impact on product quality. Therefore, through the existing PVC paste resin latex recovery defoaming process optimization, in the latex recovery using low pressure steam and foam direct contact, and then to defoaming effect.
