摘要
为利用高分辨率工业 CT系统对大尺寸工件进行在线实时检测 ,本文提出可大幅减少断层图像总重建时间的多分辨率重建检查方案。首先对由先验知识或 DR检测指出的关键部位进行高分辨率重建检查 ,然后对断层其他部分进行低分辨率重建检查确定重点部位 ,最后再对重点部位进行高分辨率重建检查。该文还给出快速获得指定点 CT数的定点重建方法 ,为实现上述局部重建和多分辨率重建提供了有效手段。模拟的断层重建检查过程表明 ,该方案在不影响检查效果的前提下能够实现对 CT图像的在线重建和检查 ,而且检查过程也符合实际应用的需要。
To inspect large workpiece in real time with high resolution industry computerized tomography (I-CT) system, a multi-resolution reconstruction and inspection scheme was developed which can decrease the computation cost sharply. At first the key component of the cross section indicated by prior knowledge or digital radiography (DR) was reconstructed and inspected in high resolution, then the rest was reconstructed in low resolution to find the suspect region, finally the suspect region was inspected in high resolution. This paper also presents a fast algorithm, which can get the CT number of specified pixel to realize those reconstruction method mentioned above. The experiment of simulated cross section has proven that the inspect work will not be annoyed after using this reconstruct and inspect scheme. So this scheme can be used to reconstruct and inspect those huge image in real time.
