摘要
治理时代赋予了组织管理模式现代化转型的使命,其中,组织领导思维结构的现代化转型是题中之义。面对社会治理结构变迁中组织成员大众化并智识化趋势的延展,组织领导思维的结构性张力已然凸显,它体现为思维要素、思维对象、思维过程和思维结果等主要构面逻辑化整合的艰巨任务,也就进一步需要在组织治理框架下寻求组织目标的战略思维、组织问题的能力思维、组织价值的意志思维、组织方案的权力思维、组织方式的策略思维、组织结果的责任思维和组织品格的艺术思维等基本领域的综合创新路向。这样,治理时代的组织领导思维模式才能为组织结构与能力现代化变革发挥积极有效的推动作用。
Modern transformation of organizational management model is the mission entrusted by the era of governance. In this course of modern transformation, organizational leadership thinking structure is the most important. Facing the extension of massification and intellectualization in the transformation of social governance structure, the structural tension of organizational leadership thinking is already highlighted. It is reflected in the difficult task which is the integration of some main logical dimensions, such as the thinking elements, thinking objects, thinking process and thinking results. As a result, there is a need of the comprehensive innovation road which is formed by the following aspects, the strategic thinking for seeking organizational goals; the ability of thinking for seeking organizational issues ; the will of thinking for seeking organizational value ; the thinking of power seeking organizational project; the strategic thinking for seeking organizational pattern; the responsible thinking for seeking organizational results and the artistic thinking for seeking organizational character within the framework of organizational governance.In this way, organizational leadership thinking mode in the era of governance can play a positive and effective role in promoting the modernization of organizational structure and capacity.
