The article first introduces the Liuzhou channel, locks, ports, waterways enterprise status, noting Liuzhou inland waterway infrastructure development is relatively backward, and then discusses the significance of accelerating the develop- ment of inland water transport, and finally propose relevant measures to boost the construction and development of inland water transport in Liuzhou.
