胃、肠营养支持方式对脑卒中后相关性肺炎的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用回顾性调查方法,设计病历信息采集表,收集2015年05月01日至2016年10月31日在韶关市第一人民医院呼吸内二科住院的符合诊断标准的脑卒中后相关性肺炎患者44例作为研究对象,将其按照肠内营养支持方式分为鼻胃管组鼻肠管组,分别为23和21例,对其采用EXCEL建立数据库,收集患者的信息,记录其性别、年龄、基础疾病、抗菌药物使用时间等临床资料进行回顾性分析.采用SPSS 21.0对数据进行整理和统计分析.结果鼻肠管组患者脑卒中后相关性肺炎的抗菌药物使用天数(14.29±8.22)短于鼻胃管组(21.23±15.74),差异显著(P<0.05).由此推断,脑卒中后相关性肺炎患者经鼻肠管鼻饲喂食较经鼻胃管相比,更有利于肺部感染的防治,值得临床推广应用. With the medical information collection table collected 44 cases of post-stroke-related pneumonia patients who were hospitalized between May 31, 2016 to October 31, 2016 as research object, it conducted a retrospective survey. According to different forms of enteral nutrition support, it was divided into 23 cases of nasogastric tube group and 21 cases of nasointestinal tube group. It established a database by EXCEL to collect the patient's information, including their gender, age, basic disease, antibiotic drug using time and other clinical Data to analyze retrospectively. The data were collected and analyzed by SPSS21.0, then it analyzed and discussed the results. Results showed that the antimicrobial using time of nasointestinal tube group (14.29±8.22) was shorter than that of nasogastric tube group(21.23±15.74), the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). It is concluded that the nasointestinal tube feeding is more conducive to the prevention and treatment of pulmonary infection of the post-stroke-related pneumonia patients, which is great reference for clinical application.
