大铲湾港区汽车商贸物流业竞争策略研究

Study on Competitive Strategy of Commercial Automotive Logistics Industry in Dachanwan Port

大铲湾港区在集装箱吞吐量增长放缓,装卸产能过剩的背景下,通过发展高附加值的高端汽车商贸物流产业,实现了企业的可持续发展。本文聚焦大铲湾港区在发展高端汽车商贸物流产业中的竞争策略,通过对同一经济腹地内主要港口竞争态势的分析,利用SWOT方法分析了大铲湾港区发展高端汽车商贸物流产业的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁,找出大铲湾港区发展汽车商贸物流成功的商业逻辑,并提出管理改进建议。

In this paper, we focused on the competitive strategy of the Dachanwan port by which the port realized the sustainability of its enterprises through developing the high value- added high- end commercial automotive logistics industry during the slowdown of the container throughput growth and excess of the handling production capacity, then through analyzing the competitive status of the major ports in the same economic hinterland, applied the SWOT process to the Dachanwan port in the development of said industry, located the business logic for its success and at the end, proposed the corresponding administrative and improvement suggestions.
