甩挂运输的挂车定位监控系统设计

摘要 我国的甩挂运输起步较晚,信息化水平不能满足要求,针对这一现状设计一种甩挂运输定位系统,该系统在ZigBee无线传感网络环境中,对场站内已安装传感器节点的挂车进行定位跟踪和信息采集,并结合定位算法,得到挂车在场站内的位置坐标;挂车与牵引车匹配后,挂车上的传感设备将挂车信息传输到牵引车上,利用牵引车上的北斗导航设备为挂车定位,此外又结合传感技术对挂车内的货物进行监控;最后建立甩挂挂车信息数据库,为甩挂运输公司等单位提供相对准确、及时的挂车信息。 In this paper, we designed a positioning system for the drop-and-pull transportation process, which, relying on the ZigBee WSN environment, positions, tracks and collects the information of the trailer cars installed with sensor nodes that are operating in the yard, then in connection with the positioning algorithm, obtains the coordinates of the trailer cars in the yard. After the matching of the trailer car with the tractor truck, the sensor device on the trailer car will upload the trailer information unto the tractor truck and the Compass navigation device on the latter will help position the trailer car. Moreover, the sensor technology will also monitor the cargoes in the trailer car and at the end establish the drop-and-pull trailer car information library and database.
