摘要 以某工厂的组装车间为研究对象,针对其目前在车间内部物流中存在的WIP过高、物流人员作业负荷大、配送效率偏低等问题,梳理了该车间的工艺流、物流及相应的信息流过程,在此基础上运用根本原因分析技术分析其原因,并根据分析结果基于"一个流"思想提出了包括工艺、物流配送、信息处理和车间布置在内的综合解决方案,最后利用Flex-sim验证了方案的可行性。 In this paper, with the assembly workshop of a certain factory as the object, we studied the problems existing in its internal logistics process, such as excessive WIP, high' workload for the logistics personnel, and low distribution efficiency, etc., went over the process flow, material flow and information flow of the workshop, and then on such basis, analyzed the root cause of the existing problems. At the end, we proposed the comprehensive solution for the technical process, logistics process, information processing and facility layout of the workshop based on the one-piece thinking and demonstrated its feasibility using Flex-sim.
