摘要
为优化车辆物资供应链收益水平、合理地分配供应链收益,研究了由一个车辆物资供应商和军用物资采购部门构成的供应链系统,分别构建了实施回购策略前后供应链的收益决策模型,并对实施回购策略前后供应商和军方的收益进行了比较。算例验证表明:回购策略的实施可使供应链的整体收益增加,达到集中决策下系统的最优收益,且军方和供应商的收益均有所提高,可合理地协调车辆物资供应链的收益分配。
In this paper, we studied a supply chain system composed by one vehicle material supplier and one military material buyer, established respectively the supply chain revenue decision model before and after the enforcement of the buybaek strategy, and compared the earnings of the supplier and the army before and afterwards. Through a numerical example, we demonstrated that the buyback strategy could increase the overall revenue of the supply chain and the benefit of the system could reach the optimal under the centralized decision-making system.
