摘要
重庆高燕锰矿是我国西南地区的大型碳酸盐型锰矿床,该锰矿床以低品位矿石为主,矿物组成复杂,资源利用率低。通过对该矿床锰矿物的解离度和工艺粒度进行研究,认为该矿床锰矿物的磨矿细度应控制在0.4~1.4 mm范围,其单体解离度才能达到64.79%,并建议对矿石采用强磁性分选加工进行选矿试验。
Chongqing Gaoyan manganese mine is a large carbonate type manganese deposit in our southwest region. It has manganese ore in low grade ore. Its mineral composition is very complex with low utilization rate of resources. In the research of manganese minerals of ore dissociation and degree of granularity,we think that the grinding fineness should be controlled in the range of 0. 4 ~ 1. 4 mm. The single mineral manganese ore in its liberation degree can reach 64. 79%. We suggest the ore should be used in strong magnetic separation process for beneficiation test.
