荷兰农产品出口国际竞争力的形成与展望

Formation of the International Competitiveness of Dutch Agricultural Export and Its Prospect

利用文献资料法、比较分析法对荷兰农产品出口国际竞争力的成因与发展走向进行研究。结果表明:调整农业政策、优化农业生产结构和发展具有比较优势的产品,是荷兰农产品出口竞争力形成的基础。营造有利于农产品出口的政策环境、实现农产品生产的集约化和专业化、完善农业技术创新机制、加强农产品市场流通体系建设等因素在提高与保持农产品出口竞争力中发挥着重要作用。近年来,为应对国际市场竞争激烈与国际市场波动对农产品生产环节影响较大等问题,荷兰采取了发展农业技术装备与技术服务出口贸易、开拓新的出口市场等措施。

According to the literature material law, comparative analysis method, this paper studies the reason and devel- opment trend of Dutch agricultural export international competitiveness. The results show that： according to the comparative advantage principle, the adjustment in agricultural policy, optimization of agricultural production structure and developing products with comparative advantage is the foundation of Dutch agricultura/export competitiveness. Building beneficial policy environment for agricultural export, realizing intensification and professionalization of agricultural production, improving inno- vative mechanism of agricultural technology, strengthening agricultural market circulation system construction play an impor- tant role in improving and maintaining agricultural export competitiveness. In recent years, in order to cope with the severe international market competition and larger impact of international market fluctuation on agricultural production section, Netherland adopted measures of developing agricultural technique equipment and technology export service and exploring new export market.
