By the study of the development of ＂Lightinthebox＂, this paper summarizes the experience for the company to become industrial leader rapidly, and through the representative analysis, this paper discusses the positive impact of cross-bor- der e-commerce on small and medium size foreign trade enterprises, which provides accordance for them, and puts forward suggestions from the two aspects of enterprise and government.
