摘要
以云南小香橼为父本,以琯溪蜜柚为母本进行人工授粉,研究了云南小香橼授粉对琯溪蜜柚当年果实生长发育及品质的影响。结果表明:人工授粉对琯溪蜜柚果实的生长发育过程无显著影响;人工授粉在一定程度上降低了果实的单果重及果实大小,但显著提高了果实的坐果率、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量和种子数。
Guanxi pomelo (mother parent) was artificially pollinated by Yunnan small citron (male parent), and the effects of the pollination of Yunnan small citron on the fruit growth and quality of Guanxi pomelo were studied. The results showed that : the artificial pollination had no significant effect on the growth and development of Guanxi pomelo fruits in the first year; the artifi- cial pollination reduced the single-fruit weight and fruit size to a certain extent, hut it significantly increased the fruit-setting rate, the contents of soluble solids and titratable acids in fruits, and the seed number of Guanxi pomelo.
